The repairs to be done are a result of water remediation resulting from a domestic clean water flood, a remediation contractor removed approximately 12 to 14 inches of plaster from most areas described above with the exception of the restrooms. The restrooms will need a total renovation that includes new drywall hard lid, walls, tile wainscot, light fixtures, ventilation fan register and switches utilizing the existing conduit.
