1 of 1 Wake Tech Community College Bid #130-WTCC9140C NOTICE TO TRADE SUBCONTRACTORS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID: Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty Construction in association with YES for the Wake Tech Public Safety Simulation Complex at the Eastern Wake 4.0 Campus in Wendell, NC. Bids for the following packages will be opened on Jan 20 , 2022 at 2:00 PM : BP 3A Building Concrete, BP 4A Masonry, BP 5A Steel, BP 14A Elevators, BP 31A Sitework and Utilities, BP 31B Temp & Permanent Fencing, BP 33A Underground Mechanical Piping All bids will be received and opened publicly at Room 210 in Building NE on Scott Northern Wake Campus (7151 Success Way, Raleigh, NC 27616). Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. Bids may be hand delivered to Room 210 in Building NE on Scott Northern Wake Campus from 1pm-2pm on Jan 20, 2022, for the 2:00pm bid opening. On December 21, 2021, a Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 pm virtually via Microsoft Teams. Bid Documents will be available on December 16, 2021 at https://bbcus.egnyte.com/fl/jmQefp6hpm.All interested parties are advised that the prequalified bidders list will be finalized and made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 7 days prior to bid.
