The Oceanology International Americas Conference is to be held February 14-16, 2023 at San Diego Convention Centre, 111 W Harbour Drive, San Diego CA 92101. The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition Division, Simplified Acquisition Branch intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Relx Inc. dba Reed Exhibitions, 201 Merritt 7 Bldg, 5th Floor, Norwalk, Connecticut 06851 using the procedures in FAR Part 13, to effect a contract that provides a 20 x 20 foot exhibit space in the conference hall, along with a furniture package (tables, a counter, seating, and carpeting), an AV package (laptop and monitor rental, not connected to NOAA networks), speaker/mic system, and internet access.
