The words “SEALED BID” and “UPFITTING 2018 POLICE & FIRE VEHICLES”, along with the date and time of bids, need to appear on the outside of the envelope. If awarded a city license is required along with proof of General Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance (if applicable). All bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the attention of Penny Isbell, City Clerk.
