NCD Owner's Third-Party Commissioning Agent Project Description :The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of a Commissioning Agent for the New Campus Development (NCD) and Central Utility Plant (CUP) (herein after referred to as “Projects”) as listed in this RFP and the related Scope of Work described in Appendix A. Proponents are to proposal an individual (herein referred to as ‘Commissioning Agent’) that will be available to provide the Services for the entire Term of the Agreement.
