Consultant engineering plan check services, primarily for private development projects in the Land Development Division, will be on an "as needed" basis. The engineering plan check consultant services to be furnished for this project will include, but not be limited to, the review of final maps, parcel maps, grading plans, erosion control plans, public infrastructure improvement plans, traffic control plans, easement and right of way documents, lot line adjustments, construction cost estimates, soils/geotechnical reports, and hydrologic/hydraulic studies prepared by engineering firms in conformance with the approved project conditions of approval, City standard engineering drawings, and the City's Municipal Code.BackgroundMoreno Valley was incorporated in 1984 as a General Law City, merging the communities of Moreno, Sunnymead and Edgemont.
