The Department of Health’s Division of Disease Control and Health Protection has the need to purchase
software maintenance agreements for the existing Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS software and data formats allow the department to quickly share critical information with partners who also utilize Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) storage and communication platforms; providing the infrastructure to both prepare for and respond to

environmental health events that have the potential to or directly affect human health. The GIS is a fully integrated system and critical in providing data used to effectively respond to environmental health outbreaks in Florida.In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the Department of Health’s, Division of Disease Control and Health Protection,
