petroleum. within the City limits and: 2) once a grant has been secured, provide grant management support services, environmental consulting services, assist in implementing environmental assessments, Cleanup activities, remedial planning, community outreach, and other environmental planning aspects of the grant for which funding is secured. Additionally, provide services to address brownfield sites contaminated by hazardous substances, pollutants, contaminants (including hazardous substances co-mingled with petroleum), and/or petroleum.
