This project is for the Mecklenburg County Traffic Modification Plan US 521 – Foxhole Landfill/Carolina Academy Road located at 17131 Lancaster Highway, Charlotte, NC 28277 and involves grading, paving, traffic control, signage, and pavement markings. A recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00AM on August 10, 2021, at the

Foxhole Landfill, 17131 Lancaster Hwy, Charlotte, for prospective bidders to present questions regarding the bid-documents.
