NPTU Tug Boats Services (Charleston, SC)

This requirement requires contractor to provide harbor support services and ship handling in specified zones in the Charleston, SC region. The contract will require towing, twisting, mooring, berthing, docking, streaming, shifting, assisting, pulling, and escorting those Vessel types identified in Attachment 1 to the PWS and miscellaneous other vessels, barges, submarines, crafts, hulls, sleds, derricks, lighters, and objects of whatsoever nature including anything carried thereon.
