GENERAL TRANSPORT TRUCKS (GTT) MEDIUM TACTICAL VEHICLES (MTV)

The US ARMY Contracting Command-Warren has a requirement for the following commercial vehicles to support the country of Iraq FMS program.Item: 5 Variants of Commercial Medium Tactical Vehicles and SparesThis requirement will be awarded as a 3 year long term requirements contract for multiple variants of Medium Tactical Vehicles (MTVs) where the FMS cases are pseudo funded requirements for country of Iraq and for country funded FMS cases where Iraq specifically requests Navistar MTVs. A single award will be made to Navistar Defense, LLC (Cage Code 338X5) for the fulfillment of this requirement IAW FAR ) 6.302- 1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Specifically, FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) provides that supplied may be deemed to be available only from the original source when it is likely that award to any other source would result in (A) substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. However, all responsible sources that can provide all variants utilizing the Navistar 7000 series chassis may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.There is no Technical Data Package.
