This is a request for Sonographer Services for the Crow Service Unit, Crow/Northern CheyenneHospital Radiology Department, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022.This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to theauthority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR 37.4 - Nonpersonal HealthCare Services, in which the contractor is an independent contractor.The Crow Service Unit, Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), intends to award a firm fixedprice purchase order to the successful offeror in response to this Request for Quotation, 75H709-CR23Q-003.The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08. The associated North American IndustryClassification System code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0 million.This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy IndianAct 25 U.S.C. 47.
