Issuing agency:County of Orange, CASee other Bids by this agency Issuing department:OC Community Resources-ContractsSee other Bids by this department Description: OC Housing & Community Development (OCHCD) 2023 Orange County Supportive Housing NOFA OC HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (OCHCD) released the 2023 Supportive Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) on March 20 th , 2023, making available up to $67.1 million dollars of Federal HOME Investment Partnership Program (Home), HOME American Rescue Plan Act (HOME-ARPA), Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Funds (ARPA-SLFRF), to promote the acquisition, new construction, and acquisition/rehabilitation of supportive housing and up to 210 Housing Choice, Mainstream and/or Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Project Based Vouchers for Orange County’s extremely low-income households experiencing homelessness. Funds are available until the NOFA closes, is replaced by a

new NOFA, or until all available funds are committed via Board of Supervisors action, whichever occurs first. Interested and qualified applicants who can successfully demonstrate their ability to provide supportive housing for extremely low-income households who are experiencing homelessness are encouraged to submit proposals.
