Sources Sought for Energy Resiliency Improvement RoundtableThis is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division is seeking entities with expertise in the energy sector (technology, analysis, infrastructure, governance, implementation, etc.) to aid in the exploration of energy resiliency improvement options and opportunities in the Philippines. Entities should preferentially demonstrate a minimization of adversary technology, capital, ownership and influence in any affiliated supply chain.Interested parties shall submit no more than six pages (single sided) on their energy resiliency improvement concept. Upon review of the slide by the U.S Government, vendors may be invited to provide an ~20minute presentation to multiple government agencies (Department of Defense, Department of State, USAID, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, etc.) on their energy resiliency improvement concept and to participate in a 3.5 day table top exercise 22-24 April 2024 to represent the interests of industrial base partners (with respect to collaboration opportunities, business case, profit, company interests and mission, etc.)Interested parties should submit a proposed concept (all formats accepted) NLT 5 February 5,
