SummaryThe City of Pittsburgh, Office of Management and Budget, is soliciting bids to replace our customized in-house built Web Content Management System Redtail/City Website with an enterprise level CMS. High level requirements are data migration of 6K active pages, cloud web hosting, integrated web forms, user management, press release publication/email distribution, training materials and support. More details are outlined in the functional/technical requirements documents.2. BackgroundCurrent CMS (Redtail) was built in-house from the ground up using a PHP, JavaScript, Boostrap, Postrgress stack. It was beneficial for the City of Pittsburgh at the time to develop our own system due to budget constraints and leverages our current team's skillset to produce it.All of the web forms developed by the Web Team are custom built, which is time consuming

and must be pre-planned in a project management format. We are looking for an integrated form building tool with the system that will streamline the design process and allow the Web Team to rapidly deploy forms into the current website, in turn dramatically cutting development time. 3.
