The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Permit ADA-09126 (Item 5), consisting of approximately 640 square feet, at Birchwood Airport for an additional five years. Applicant: Chad Lewis. Annual rent: $625. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Continued use of a conex for storage of Permittee’s aircraft parts.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 27, 2021, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the Permit.
