(IDC-REBID) Maintenance and Repair of Mechanical- HVAC Sheet Metal

MoDOT seeks to establish multiple Time-and-Material Price Agreement(s) for the possible procurement of maintenance and repair of Mechanical-HVAC Sheet Metal. The pricing being solicited under this Invitation to Bid are for services to be rendered to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from the date of award until August 15, 2021. MoDOT has the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the contract period for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, or any portion therein. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT, the bidder shall agree to all terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent amendments.
