Purchase and Installation of Native Clusia Rosea Plants

The sole purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a vendor (bid award) to facilitate an alternative method for applicants to satisfy required mitigation for St. Lucie County Environmental Resources Department (SLC ERD) Vegetation Removal based on the following: 1) Provide 4,000 plants of 7-gallon Clusia rosea (must be the native Clusia rosea). The provision of plants may be accomplished by using existing stock, growing them, or sourcing them from other nurseries. 2) Holding the 4,000 plants at vendor’s nursery until a date yet to be determined but is estimated to be up to one year (could be more or less).
