Westlaw Edge Subscription Service

West Publishing Corporation is uniquely able to continue providing these services to OGC on an uninterrupted basis being the sole provider of the Westlaw Edge services. While FEDLINK does provide other legal research options, they would not be able to provide the exclusive content that OGC requires via Westlaw. Furthermore, there is a learning curve for attorneys using these services, so OGC would benefit from continuity of service under Westlaw. Issuing a new solicitation and seeking a new awardee would result in unacceptable delays and a duplication of cost, effort and time, with very little benefit to the Government. As such, it is in the best interest of the Government to continue receiving Westlaw Edge services from West Publishing
