MJ Taylor Road Rehab/Resurfacing

Sealed bids for construction of the MJ Taylor Road Rehab/Resurfacing project will be received until 11:00 AM, April 25, 2024, at 112 North Parrish Avenue, Adel, GA 31620, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Project Scope: The work to be completed shall The City of Adel plans to rehab/resurface a portion of MJ Taylor Road leading to the New Southwell Medical Center. This project shall include the milling and overlay of the existing road section (2,174 LF), addition of curb and gutter (4,407 LF), asphalt leveling, and related appurtenances. Time allotted for completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one contract.
