Notice of Intent to Sole Source – 123A9420Q1001The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Agilent Technologies for Agilent MassHunter GCMS Software Upgrade, in support of the Office of Public Health and Safety (OPHS).  Please see the limited sources justification for more details on the requirement.This notice is not a formal solicitation.  However, interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement for the agency’s consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted in the future for this requirement.
