ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II (RECREATION) City of Eau Claire, WI Are you looking for a full-time office position that will utilize your marketing, organizational, and customer service skills? Join us! We are currently accepting applications for an Administrative Associate II position in the Recreation Division of the Community Services Department. This position is responsible for recreation program registrations, facility reservations, pool pass sales, preparing end-of-season reports, coordinating the activity brochures, marketing and advertising for the division, and much more! The ideal candidate must have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Recreation, Communications, Marketing, or related field, possess or obtain (within 30 days of hire) and maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, and have cash management experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, one year of office experience, and office supervision experience is preferred. Other requirements include: strong communication and organizational skills; ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions; and knowledge and understanding of computer operation systems and various software packages, including Word and Excel.
