NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

The U.S Government Printing Office (GPO) intends to issue a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Quality Solutions, Inc. (dba: Firebrand Technologies), 44 Merrimac St. STE 22, Newburyport, MA 01950, for Eloquence on Demand (TM) Elite Edition Web Based Application Services. Firebrand Technologies is responsible in providing ONIX Feed and Digital File Distribution support for print and eBook publications. This is limited to providing support to disseminate eBook metadata and digital files to buyers in major publication sales channels and in public and academic libraries. Firebrand Technologies will organize metadata for eBooks and print formats that are compatible with the specifications of each library and sales channel database. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per MMAR 13.This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
