(CDT) on April 10, 2024 and at that time will be publicly opened and read. All bids shall be submitted in triplicate in an opaque sealed envelope, marked with the Project title, name, and address of the bidder, and accompanied by the other required documents. Bids submitted electronically will be rejected. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, unopened.The Contract provides for the construction of water main installation, including necessary fittings, accessories, pressure connections, appurtenances, testing and disinfection, and connections along rights-of-ways of Edgewood Lane, Midmeadow Lane, Orchard Lane and Rosemary Lane in the City of Festus.
