Only tenderers who Stage One as per CIDB: Eligibility with regards to attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting: Attendance at Tender Clarification and Site Meeting. Stage two as per CIDB: Eligibility in terms of the Construction Industry Development Board: A tenderer must submit an active and valid CIDB specialist works contractor grading of 3 SL or higher are eligible to submit tenders.
