This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ19R1041 and it is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 (effective 20 December 2018).This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 and the associated small business size standard is $7.5 million.A list of the contract line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure are detailed in Section B of this combined
