This fundamental function, coupled with tracking/accounting for/issuing/replenishing inventory items has mandated that PCFM implement an automated, Inventory Control System & Process.BackgroundPCFM's current Supply Management systems-processes-people component elements are manual & are not efficient (1) for use by Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians who need visibility to available stock items, and (2) for reporting to auditing Agencies having jurisdiction (i.e., AHJ, Finance Department, State Auditors' Office, etc.).As such, it is incumbent on PCFM to assess & implement an Inventory Control system & process for soonest remedy.TimelineRelease Project Date:March 29, 2024Question Submission Deadline:April 8, 2024, 4:00pmProposal Submission Deadline:April 19, 2024, 1:00pmProposal Evaluation:Approximately three weeks after proposal submission deadline, proposals will be evaluated and interviews may be held if multiple proposers are deemed capable of meeting the requirements.Estimated Notice of Intention to Negotiate a Contract:Approximately six weeks after proposal submission deadline.Estimated Date of Contract Execution :Approximately eight weeks After proposal submission
