Back Lane Reconstruction - Braeside

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-2024-0029, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The work to be undertaken is generally described as: Back Lane Reconstruction – Braeside in the City of St. Albert and includes, but not limited to:· Removal and disposal of existing lane, including common excavation, existing asphalt, and granular base;· Supply and installation of new lane, including base preparation, granular base, asphalt paving;· Residential access tie-ins;· Remove and replace existing catch basin frame and cover, adjust to final grade;· Remove and replace alley crossings;· Landscape restoration.
