Information gathered as part of this RFI includes:readily available ERP systems and functionality to meet municipal business requirements and objectives;systems that address the County’s need to replace legacy systems, including typical ERP

core system functionality, and unique municipal business needs;solution integration;implementation methodologies and technical delivery;recommendations and critical planning for the success of an ERP implementation;high-level cost estimates for ERP solutions, including but not limited to licensing or subscription costs, annual maintenance fees, hosting fees, and other costs for consideration for budgetary or planning purposes;estimated costs for installing and implementing a solution of this type in a County-wide environment;recommendations for readiness activities;recommendations for project structure, governance, roles and timelines to help ensure a successful outcome;recommended County resource roles, commitment and backfill strategy for the various phases of the project, including post-implementation.
