Underground Utility Locating As-Needed

The Contractor shall provide necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supplies to perform underground utility locating and marking services for all underground utilities owned and maintained by the Forsyth County Department of Water and Sewer (FCDWS) on as as-needed basis.
