The City of Moreno Valley is seeking a Professional Consultant to provide design services for the State Route 60/Redlands Boulevard Interchange Improvements Project.You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for providing Professional Consultant Services to complete Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) Phase and Preliminary Engineering Design for the State Route 60 (SR-60) and Redlands Boulevard Interchange, as well as "optional services" to complete Plans, Specifications, Estimate (PSE) Phase and Right of Way Acquisition task, for the Capital Projects Division. Consultants who are interested in proposing should anticipate to provide full service with extensive coordination with Caltrans and complete the work on time per proposed schedule and within budget per contract and amendments, if any.Each bidder is hereby informed that proposals and its contents are subject to disclosure in accordance with the California Public Records Act (California Government Code Sections 7920 et seq.).
