Development of a 2025-2030 Corporate Strategic Plan

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals from professional firms interested in the provision of consulting services for the development of a Strategic Plan. The Proposal must meet all the requirements outlined in this document. Should none of the Proposals be accepted, a re-issuance of the Requests for Proposal (RFP) may be possible. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
