The solution selected must be a web-based or web-enabled software System that is able to support, manage, track, and store digital court exhibits in a stable and secured technological environment. Addendum Description Addendum 2 provides an updated Attachment A, Management Questions, which now has unlocked proposer response cells. It also addresses a clarification question.
