This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, nor is it a request seeking contractors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list.  There is no risk to you for participating in this survey. Response to this market survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey and any follow-on information requests. The U.S. Government (USG) will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.  However, this is an important opportunity for Industry to influence the application of requirements and the full range of other elements supporting the acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. There is no formal solicitation available at this time, no solicitation will be issued

against this notice, and this request for information does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. Respondents shall not be notified of the results of the survey or results of information submitted.The purpose of this market survey questionnaire is to collect and obtain written information relative to industry capability to satisfy the Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS), Product Manager Mobile Protected Firepower (PdM MPF) requirement to provide System Technical Support (STS) Services. MPF will require 5 ordering years of STS level of effort and completion type efforts for program management, engineering, technical, and logistical services to support both a currently awarded a MPF Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) contract (W56HZV-19-C-0036) as well as a future planned MPF Full Rate Production (FRP) contract.STS efforts for the MPF vehicle and PdM MPF will primarily include program management, logistic and sustainment, engineering, and test support activities. Logistics support will include Supportability Analysis, Logistics Support Packages and Logistic Test Support, Provisioning requirements, On-site Field Service Representation (to include Engineering and Mechanics), Technical Publications, Fielding, Vehicle Deprocessing, New Equipment Training support, Operator training, Field Level Maintenance training, Modified Work Orders(MWO) development, verification and installation, MWO personnel and all require tools and equipment for MWO installations, MWO kit storage and kitting, and Maintenance requirements. Engineering support will include Systems Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Obsolescence Management, Configuration Management, Data Management, Engineering Change Proposals, and Process Engineering Changes. Test support will include identification of Failure Modes and Mechanisms, System Validation/Testing, Qualification Testing, Quality Assurance and a Reliability and Maintainability Program.Further information including the market survey and response instructions are located in the attached file.
