The Hotel selected must be within a 4 mile radius of the University. The University is seeking to provide hotel accommodations by entering into an Agreement during the time periods April 7 – 26, 2024; June 9 – 28, 2024; October 6 – 25, 2024; February 16 – March 7, 2025; March 23 – April 11, 2025; and June 8 – 27, 2025. New program dates will be sent each year when/if contract is renewed.All participants will check in on the Sunday prior to the start of each session. Some participants may need to check in one day early. The anticipated number of rooms needed is UP TO 25 double or single occupancy rooms for each of the 3 week periods stated above. The total number of rooms needed may fluctuate, depending on participant registration however; the University will communicate with hotel staff as needs change.
