Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of GloucesterStreet, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under anycircumstances. The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, preparing a watershedimplementation plan, site assessment, and concept plan for the Hawkins Cove living shoreline.
