Office and the Director of Public Works Office in the Green Bay City Hall. In general, the repair work involves concrete repairs, joint and crack repairs, installation of a traffic bearing membrane, tuck pointing and brick removal and replacement. The work will take place in the Pine Street Parking Ramp. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Pine Street Parking Ramp located at 301 N. Madison Street at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Gather in the parking ramp office on the first floor of the ramp. Bids will be received for one contract which includes all Work necessary and/or required to complete the project per the Contract Documents. All work required in this contract shall be completed by October 31, 2024 The Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be examined electronically at www.questcdn.com and downloaded for a fee of $42.00.
