Project Summary: The Sponsor/Owner joint venture of John Stewart Company (JSCo) and Catholic Charites CYO of The Archdiocese of San Francisco (CCCYO) and the project Architect, Paulette Taggart Architects, Inc., are seeking design, engineering, and other professional services consultants for a 100% affordable housing development of roughly 150 residential units, parking, community and services spaces, and a childcare center on Treasure Island at Parcel IC4.3. The selected General Contractor is Cahill Contractors. Scope of Work: Design and Engineering Professional Services (see full description of roles). SBE Requirement: The project is funded by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD).
