In order to proactively plan for future requirements, WHS/AD is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested business concerns capable of providing an electronically-stored information (ESI) and eDiscovery solution to support the Department of Defense Office of General Counsel (OGC).Please see the Draft Performance Work Statement which outlines the description of services that are required.Currently, OGC uses other federal programs on as as-needed basis for its ESI and eDiscovery needs. Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) and OGC are in the process of evaluating whether a standalone solution for OGC will be more effective.The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications from capable vendors. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict WHS/AD to the ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for solicitation will not receive a response.
