University of Nebraska Architectural/Engineering Firms Certification-2023

In order to participate, you must submit your certification electronically through this eBid system. Firms must be registered in eBid to review more details regarding this request. Please review all tabs to obtain the specific information before submitting a response. The University's Four-Year A/E Professional Services pre-qualification is a separate public bid. That program's next renewal is anticipated to publicly advertise in the Spring of 2026. The University of Nebraska is updating its list of certified Architectural and Engineering firms pursuant to university policy RP-6.3.2. Firms interested in being pre-certified for University consulting work should submit the required information requested in the University of Nebraska eBid system. This information will be used to certify architectural and engineering firms pursuant to university policy. Planning is considered consulting services. Landscape/Architecture planning firms may participate in this process. Each office location interested in doing business with the University is to provide required responses in the Attributes Tab of the eBid system along with the required document SF330 form. PLEASE NOTE: If a firm has branch offices, please complete an SF330 Form and Branch Offices Contact Information Worksheet for each specific branch office that may be interested in working with the University and submit through this system.
