Personnel Board Meeting Public Notice

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This is a supplemental notice to a previous Alaska State Personnel Board notice. It has come to the attention of the Board that regulatory amendments concerning the bi-weekly pay, previously considered on August 27, 2021, were not noticed in a newspaper of general circulation throughout the state as set out under AS 39.25.140 (c)(2). This meeting will consider regulations concerning the change to biweekly pay payroll and leave processing and review outstanding ethics complaints and reports. The Alaska State Personnel Board will consider whether to reclassify the Office of Information Technology PCN 02-6301 from Chief Technology Officer 1, which is partially exempt, to a Data Processing Manager 3, which is part of the classified service.
