Project Description:The University Relations Office at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T) is seeking a marketing email provider. Our current contract with Bronto Software expires March 2022 and therefore we are seeking a partner who can provide University Relations a marketing email platform for the colleges/departments/divisions at N.C. A&T. University Relations will manage the overall newsletter and publications market distributions for uniformity on behalf of the University.
The successful vendor must provide access for University Relations to maintain the primary accounts and

subaccounts. Each subaccount must have independent email list control for all subaccounts. The Partner must be able to provide the latest advances in design and functionability for staff with no coding or technology skills. They must be able to drag, drop, copy, paste, and upload content to build newsletter and publication templates, and manage email list per subaccount.
In addition, the university receives approximately 10M per sub accounts, per college monthly. The university will download the current email lists from Bronto to an Excel spreadsheet per sub-account and main account.
The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
