Vermont Local Roads Training Services 2018

The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans), Division of Finance and Administration, Vermont Local Roads Branch (VLR) of the Vermont Transportation Training Center (VTTC) releases this Request for Proposals (RFP) for providing training and support to municipalities and their workforce. VLR provides employees with effective training opportunities to increase competency, safety, technical understanding of road related topics and operations as well as professional development. VLR seeks to solicit proposals from qualified training providers (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) who have the capacity to develop and deliver customized and off the shelf training programs designed to support the skills and knowledge of the municipal workforce and development of its professionals. Proposal are also welcome from universities and colleges to provide accredited training programs, assessment of training programs for accreditation, certification and/or continuing education
