RFP KBH Steam Plant Retrofits - Architectural & Engineering Services Project Description :IH requires a Managing Consultant (Mechanical Engineer) to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the design and construction of the Steam Plant Retrofits and Energy Conservation Measures located at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBH), in Trail, British Columbia, using Design Bid Build as the method of construction contract.
