Fleet Maintenance Facility Architectural Design

The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department in partnership with the Fleet Services Department invites Architects, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and other qualified professionals to submit qualifications to provide professional services for the Architectural Design and Engineering for the following structure located at the Fleet Services in the City’s Briery Service Yard, in Irving, Texas:
A phased building that will replace the vehicle service bays and all associated administrative functions associated with the vehicle maintenance operation, including, offices, breakroom, toilet rooms, warehouse and storage space, parts room and other spaces to be determined with input from Fleet Services staff.  Fleet services operations cannot be interrupted during the construction of the new facility and special care will be required to ensure that
the phasing of the new construction will allow for seamless transition from the old to the new facility.
