Notice of Intent to Sole Source – MSAT ServiceThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management – Dallas intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to International Satellite Services, Inc. (ISSI), 1004 Collier Center Way #204, Naples, FL 34110; for the purpose of procuring the ICE Talk Group 1 for MSAT-G2. The ICE Talk Group 1 is owned and operated by ISSI.  Items to be delivered: 0001 48 each Active MSAT-G2 Annual Service, 12 Months; 0002 MSAT-G2 Airtime – 100 Mins Annually, 12 Months; 0003 2 each Active MSAT-G3 Annual Service, 12 Months.  Delivery Address: Lorton, Virginia 20598 and Period of Performance is 09/27/2020 to 09/26/2023. This solicitation document incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06.
