Stream Habitat, Hydrology, Diversion Survey, Design, Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Services

REGION 4 STREAM HABITAT, HYDROLOGY, DIVERSION SURVEY, DESIGN, MONITORING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING SERVICESForests in the Intermountain Region have become active in addressing aquatic habitat degradation resulting from water diversions and road/stream crossings. To address these effects, the Forest Service must conduct environmental analysis and disclose effects to the public as well as the regulatory agencies such as National Marine Fisheries Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Idaho Department of Water Resources, and the Army Corps of Engineers.The contractor shall furnish all transportation, supervision, labor, and incidental supplies (unless noted differently on each order /call) necessary to provide the required services as noted in the following paragraphs. The contractor shall be responsible for the following: Collecting fish habitat and hydrologic field data; organizing, interpolating, analyzing and visually expressing the fish habitat and hydrologic data; providing technical reports that detail the data collection methodology; and delivering the data and reports, including all associated field notes, photos, videos, and electronic files, via a flash drive or other appropriate electronic
