A site visit of the current La Plata Campus Cafeteria will follow the conference. All submissions must include a proposal for full-scale food service and catering operations for the La Plata Campus. Vendors are encouraged to visit the other CSM campuses on their own and assess any opportunities to provide catering and/or food services. All interested firms must provide proposals as to how they could (or not) provide services to Prince Frederick, Leonardtown, and Regional Hughesville Campuses.
