Landscape protection services View More Ship-to or Service Locations Edmonton - Alberta Posting Summary The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites participants to submit responses for this Sourcing Event to prequalify participants for Neighbourhood/Alley Renewal and Streescape Renewal Construction projects which shall include the removal and replacement of sidewalk, curb and gutter (separate and monolithic structures), lane crossings, curb crossings, roadway milling, road base reconstruction, asphaltic concrete resurfacing, catch basin realignment and manhole adjustment, topsoil, sod, landscaping, low impact development features, streetlighting, streetscape features and related work on developed streets, according to the referenced plans, profiles, sections and details. The scope of work also includes improvements to open spaces (eg. pathways, planting beds, plazas, soft landscaping, etc.) as outlined in the referencedplans. The City intends to issue sourcing events to the prequalified participants in order toselect general contractors for some of the City’s multi-year projects starting in the 2024 construction season, using the Design Bid Build project delivery model and the City’s standard Design-Bid-Build contract (modified as needed for each particular project). The City may issue up to five (5) Covered Sourcing Events, if the capital budgets for the relevant projects are approved.
