SGI is conducting this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Automated Permit Route Mapping Solution. SGI is accepting proposals from proponents can provide a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solution that encompasses permit issuance and administration, automated routing, and restriction management for the Permit Office and for carriers to self-issue their own permits.
